Default .177 Mendoza Magnum on its way too :-)

RC , this is the only way to get the RM in .177 :-)
The Model 12 Air Venturi .
Just bought and on its way too now .
According to specs , depending on pellet , from 1,000 too 750 fps . We'll see about that ;-)
I had so many Points collected from prior purchases I finally cashed them in , and found a 10% code coupon too , so with shipping , $57.94 to my house with Signature required UPS Gorrilas delivering it ;-(
Got a very nice UTG scope too I'm throwing on it .
Fun fun fun , and if its anything like my old RM model , its a tack driver at distance in .177 :-)
I took a few rabbits out with that gun with Silver Jet lathed pellets from Japan , scrambled egg brain , clean through shots to the skull , one at 30 yards in my back forty .
I like these guns plenty :-)

Yes , fine weapons , 10 meter grade barrels and velocity .
Had the 531 Wood stock model .
Amazon synthetic stock $123 ....shipped .
Buy yourself a HW 30 or 50 stock and dump that action in it , would be a fine weapon . Actually PA has Mendoza Avenger stocks for $45 right now too !
No it won't just drop in :-)
Highly recommend that Czechoslovakia gun , its Uber Fine accuracy .

Accuracy seems to be the word on the street. Ugly stocks @ $107 shipped for those on the inside track. RC

Sadly , the wood stocked are no longer avail , and they only went for $99 from EEA through AoA ....The stocks were very Ten Meter Sporter too .
Ironically I was looking at those last night too , but couldn't wrap my head around dumping it in one of my spare stocks with no real time since I work JC Penney's Woman's Apparel now full time .
I do have a very nice Beech , Delux QB stock that is just waiting for a crappy stocked buy to come up , and it will .
Time is what I dont have anymore .

I can understand getting away from wood stocks, but the available stocks detract from the rifle, and do we really need rubbery padding, which puts the kibosh on a paint job. Even if you're not fond of beech, you ought to see the stock on my R-7. The stock on the Mendoza is turning a nut brown. Probably from shooting in the Sun, since I've done nothing to it. RC

Yay , scope finally got here :-)
I only had a 32mm on my last .177 Mendoza , so this 50mm hummer will be very nice at distance ;-)
Pretty setup here , very elegant .

Looks very nice - M-12? Single bladed trigger (?) is different from my Mendoza. RC
