newer r1 / hw 80 .22cal. more power?

what have you guys done to get more power out of your newer model R1 / HW 80 .22cal. ?

I personally done absolutely nothing. 18 FPE is more than plenty for hunting. More is not always better in airgunning.

i have no idea what mine is getting but i shot a piece of 1/4" plywood and half the pellet was sticking out, i thought it would make it through but it didn't.

Not a good way to test. You should run it through a chronograph. My R1 is a beast, and frankly if it was a little less powerful I'd be happy.
